I FEEL VERY SAD BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE USA FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND NOW I'M IN REMOVAL PROCEEDING :(.

IN 2008 I FILED AN 1-485 APLICATION AS A LPR DAUGTHER IT WAS DENIED BECAUSE I COULD'T QUALIFY FOR CSPA.

THE PERSON WHO FILLED MY APPLICATION GAVE ME AN ADVICE THAT I COULD QUALIFY "SHE WAS WRONG".
I CAN'T DO NOTHING BECAUSE THIS COMPANY JUST DEDICATE TO FILL APPLICATIONS AND TAKE PICTURES FOR PASSPORTS ETC...
THEY DON'T TAKE ANY RESPONSABILITY FOR ANY ADVICE .
I REALLY RECOMEND TO GET AN ADVICE FROM AN ATTORNEY,
NOT PERSONS WHO ARE NOT QUALIFIED.

A CHANGE IN CSPA HAS BEEN MAKE TWICE AND ITS VERY CONFUSE MAKING FORMULAS OF AGE VISA AVAILABILITY ETC..

VISA BULLETIN FOR LPR SONS OLDER THAN 21 YEARS OLD IS IN THE LIMBO, FOR MANY YEARS IT HAS BEEN IN 1992 WITHOUT CHANGE.
THERE ISN'T VISA AVAILABLE FOR MEXICO .

I HOPE THAT A CHANGE OF CSPA LAW CAN HELP ALL WHO AGE OUT.

It is very unfair, we were waiting for 12 years then my children were age out, It is so hard to separate from them. Hope that they revise this law.

This is a Shame. I have a client with 2 girls who aged out in 2002 after waiting since 1991. I requested an automatic conversion of earlier priority date under this act and they approved one and not the other. Now the family is here but had to leave one of her daughters back in iran. The BIA appears to be showing malice towards families and seems to be trying to break up families.

No wonder the people are losing repect for our government.

why don't they make up their minds?? they rule favorably on one.. and the other way on another?? don't they have children too?? are you not parents also?? do you have families?? well, maybe none!!

This is totaly unfair with the children of LPR. BIA decesion does not make sense.

So devastating.......
