To elaborate on my previous comment, it seems that this law was guided by a hand that has a very wide scope in mind at the time that it was designed. The likely conclusion was that yes, it is unfortunate for the people whose spouses are involved in accidents, but to make an exception here might provide an incentive for there to be a lot of "accidents"...

Please inform how to file up the legalization and entry of the survivor family members of LPR and USC died after submitting the petition for family relocation in the USA.

I may be a neophyte, but it seems completely arbitrary to put a 2 year period on these death exceptions. I realize that it is probably so someone healthy cannot marry someone who is dying, solely for the purpose of using them to eventually gain citizenship..But, what about accidents? I think if someone's spouse accidentally dies the day after the marriage, they should have the exact same rights as the person whose spouse died 2 years after marriage gets. It only seems fair, but sadly, fairness is rarely a consideration for these legislators.
