Great article!

This provision provides some relief from the harsh impact of extensive visa backlogs, by crediting the child with the years she spent waiting in line with her parents.

I live in usa, it is suitable for me?

I aged out and was still single on the date my mother got her visa on 2007 and acquired lawful permanent residence in the USA. In her visa application, I was listed as a child to follow her later to USA. my mother became aware of CSPA reading your case victory just now. In 2010, I got married. Am I still be covered by this as derivative beneficiary of F4 original petition? Best regards, Mylen Gumafelix-Gayo.

Thank you very much for your update.I'm in that position, but i do not understand, can we now take our priority day from our first petition or not yet? is this victory real in facts or is just in papers. I'm able to go and get my green card or i have to wait for other aprobation?

I live in Florida, does it apply to me as well?

I have the same question as sj & johnfreyan

Thank you Carl for all the hard work and diligence for this success. Hopefully this will remain as the law and we all can finally benefit from it!

Congratulations to Attorney Carl Shusterman and his legal team. What a great victory!
