Matthew, as always, I join you in congratulations on the fine legal work before the Supreme Court. I am convinced that the Court is a little tired waiting around for Congress to "fix" the "broken system," and it is going ahead full speed to interpret the laws with a bit more sense -- particularly with regard to the criminal laws -- I don't think EOIR comes close to understanding how to interpret the application of immigration laws to criminal laws. Hopefully, our next look will be at "distribution" of drugs which is held by the BIA to equal "illicit trafficking." We know that not all distribution is categorically "trafficking," so maybe that is next on board.

This simply demonstrates that the American People would rather be entertained than educated. Correct me if I am wrong, if this eventually would be passed then it would create "statelessness" in children born here who have no US Citizen parents.

Honestly I think this dumn law makers have nothing more to do then huras people .I think they should get a life and if they think about it everyone I mean everyone down the line has family from that is an immigrant .
