If he committed a crime then yeah, if I suspected he is possibly an illegal immigrant I'd ask for his proof of citizenship. If he is a citizen, then he'd get a ticket or arrested for whatever crime he committed. If not, he'll be detained and sent back to the country he left. Anyway, if he ever did commit a crime, the beauty about modern day technology is the system that works nationwide showing the background of U.S. citizens in their computer in their car. But, I guess if the Democrats made the same bill under a Republican administration, the people here will be praising the bill while Republicans will scream racism. It's all politics and the people who stand up for these guys are just followers.
