The number of unauthorized immigrants living in the United States in January 2010 was 10.8 million--the same as in January 2009--but down from 11.8 million in January 2007. Between 2000 and 2010, the unauthorized population grew by 27 percent. Of all unauthorized immigrants living in the United States in 2010, 39 percent entered in 2000 or later, and 62 percent were from Mexico

If you believe everything your government says, then you should pay a visit to western and southern states and you will realize that the predominant ethnic groups are not of European ancestry. Perhaps you should multiply the "official" government estimates by 2.5 (about 27 million undocumented aliens will be a reasonable number).

Since Congress is irrelevant at this point, President Obama will issue an Executive Order giving some sort of legal protection to millions of undocumented aliens living in the United States based on certain prerequisites or requirements.

And to add legal immigrants will keep waiting, because Congress is in no mood to fix the legal side. The problem of illegal immigrants will stay the same, because even if an executive order is passed now to protect them, they will then hang between being being legal and illegal; more illegals will come in as the economy improves; more legals, should i say the educated ones will leave the US, as it has been made clear that they are not welcome at all; another economic meltdown will happen; and then start bashing the illegals all over again, for no fault of theirs.

    Great stuff.
