Whatever the outcome of this bill it's high time they focus on fixing the legal immigration system for EB & FB.

The DREAMers lost Senator Wyden to prostate cancer surgery.

If you can prove that a simple majority of EB and FB are white and not non-white, and definitely not interracial, Smith and King will be on board....and I am very sure that Rohrbacher and Michelle Bachmann will definitely be on board as well. However, as that is not the case and as most of the high performing schools in this country are immigrant abundant, they will not support any immigration reform. If anything they will even destroy the country to curb non-white immigration even skilled non-white immigration. Rohrbacher's statement after the passage of the Dream Act in the House makes that very clear.

Wyden will be casting votes for DADT and DREAM since they both come this weekend. His surgery is Monday.

Thanks for that valuable piece of information. Yesterday, his office had stated that he would be missing votes tomorrow (meaning today) and next week.

"However, it now appears that I will be missing votes tomorrow and possibly next week while I prepare and undergo this procedure. I expect to be back to work full-time when the Senate reconvenes in January."

It is good to know that he will now be available.

Goodluck to the DREAM Act and DADT.

Hope they were part of some backroom agreement to have at least enough Republicans to pass as part of a compromise for extending the Bush tax cuts across the board as predicted.

Really generous of Sen. Wyden to make himself still available this week. He will be missing the START treaty next week then but I think START has better chances of passing even without him and it can also be done in the next Congress.

I am not very optimistic about Dream, EB and FB unless we give CANS proof that majority admitted under skills category will be white, and not non-white or interracial. Rohrbacher's statements and Sessions's disgraceful attitude towards Frischke's Japanese widow clearly confirms this. Happy Holidays!!!

High kill workers from India and China are waiting in line for more than 10years, paying taxes, making contributions to this country. They and their spouse, and their children are waiting and waiting, never know when they can get green cards. Now, Demncrap party want to issue green cards to the illegal immigrations. Why? Because these illegal immigration will be part of demncrap party's vote bank after they get citizenship.

Dont think the Cans are in favor of high skilled workers either. They are only in favor of high skilled workers if they happen to be white.
