Now he's discovered restricting the rights of natural born US citizens who have parents with immigration problems. I highly suggest any states or local governments working with him get indemnified for the costs of defending the lawsuits which will inevitably be lost.

    Kobach is definitely expensive legal advice.

    GOP has to take over the House with Lamar Smith and Steve King at the helm for Obama to win big in 2012. I sort of regret that Kobach did not run for the HOuse.

    Interesting take unless of course Lamar Smith, Steve King and Kris Kobach succeed in keeping investor immigrants out of the country or cut their numbers!
