    Is there still a chance for CIR or piecemeal? It does not look like anything will happen until democrats lose control of congress.

    I am sure politicians will conveniently overlook this numbers and continue the current path of doing nothing... But wait isn't the economy in trouble?

    Things will get worse if this happens because the republicans do not care about this and the dems will not want to hand the republicans a victory in this issue. It would for sure make them look like..... Hypocrites!! No politician wants to be exposed specially not to biggest minority in the country.

    As I always said when it comes down to economic well being and the law, to hell with the law..but then again, I am an economist. Jobs are being created by US corporations, with cuts here at home. No, no one is hiring an American when foreigners are kicked out. In fact, I know at least two jobs which were shipped abroad to foreign nationals when they were not allowed to come into the US..and without foreign students universities here will be on life support.
