MAY VISA BULLETIN OUT

A few nice advances. Many categories remain frustratingly stalled or slow-moving.

Family 1st - Advancement of worldwide, China and India numbers by two months to 08 September 2004. Mexico is stalled at 15 October 1992. The Philippines moves up eight months to 1 November 1994.


Family 2A - Worldwide, India, China and the Philippines numbers advance six months to 01 December 2006. Mexico jumps five months to 01 June 2005.

Family 2B - Worldwide, India and China numbers advances four months to 01 July 2002. Mexico is stalled at 15 June 1992. The Philippines advances two months to 15 November 1998.

Family 3rd - Worldwide, India and China remains jumps two weeks to 08 June 2001. One week advance for for Mexico to 22 October 1992. The Philippines jumps two months to 01 May 1992.

Family 4th - Worldwide numbers and Chinese and Indian F-4 cutoff dates advance ten weeks to 15 May 2000. Mexico remains stalled at 08 December 1995. The Philippines moves three months to 8 December 1987.

Employment 1st - All categories remain current.

Employment 2nd - Worldwide, Mexico and the Philippines remain current. China advances one week to 22 September 2005. India is stalled at 1 February 2005.

Employment 3rd skilled/professional workers -  Worldwide, China and Filipino numbers advance eleven weeks to 22 April 2003. India advances three weeks to 22 October 2001. Mexico is unavailable (apologies for the inadvertent earlier misstatement).

Employment 3rd unskilled - All numbers remain stalled 1 June 2001 except Mexico which is unavailable.

Employment 4th - categories remain current.

EB-5 remains current.

    Greg, doesn't the VB say that Mexico EB3 is Unavailable for May? That's a little different from saying its stalled!

    This is in fact a very detailed list. Though some categories are in slow phasing, still you have shared and re-instated that there are also a few nice advancements though.
