There are many antis who dont want mamas of immigrants (naturalized citizens) to come to this country! Heck, I know folks at FAIR and CIS and Britain's Migration Watch who want to end the inflow of Asian mail order brides who marry white American or British men as well as arranged marriages. Even worse than FAIR and CIS, is the British Migration Watch which specializes in keeping families apart, especially if the skin color of the spouses are different!

For some reason it reminded me of Michele Malkin.

Michelle Malkin's parents are first generation immigrants who initially came to the US through student visas. She also doesn't realize that she's only a US Citizen because she was born in the US so couldn't get why she is against the Citizenship clause of the 14th amendment to grant automatic US citizenships at birth to anyone born in US soils. She is branded by most Filipinos that knows their family's history as traitors.

Could not blame Geraldo Rivera on thinking that way of Michele Malkin either.

She also backs the anti-abortion movement and the Texas rep who called Rep Stupak, a baby killer. By supporting the repeal of the 14th amendment, both Tom Tancredo and Michelle Malkin are the anchor baby killers....after they are born! It is time for the folks who support 14th amendment interpreted broadly to call folks who want to repeal the 14th amendment what they are...anchor baby killers!

I think one of the problems is that parents have some shortcomings on explaining and inculcating to the minds of their children while they are still young what they went though and where their family come from.

If they did so, the newer generations will not treat other incoming immigrants what they some are treating them. They won't also worry about what schools and their teachers teach them. We all know that children can pick up some 'bad things' from their school and the faculty. History can also be "re-touched" or changed on schools by omitting or adding some things on text books. Just look at what is happening with Texas on the text book issues.
