FEBRUARY VISA BULLETIN OUT

Not a lot of major forward progress in any category. Here is my summary of the February 2010 Visa Bulletin numbers:

Family 1st - Advancement of worldwide, China and India numbers by two months to 1 JUN 2004. Mexico advances three weeks to 8 SEP 1992 and the Philippines moves up one month to 1 JAN 1994.

Family 2A - Worldwide, India, China and the Philippines numbers advance two months to 1 MAR 2006. Mexico jumps two months to 01 MAR 2004 and the Philippines jumps two months to 1 MAR 2006.

Family 2B - Worldwide, India and China numbers advance a month to 01 JAN 2002. Mexico remains at 08 JUN 1992. The Philippines remains at 15 JUL 1998.

Family 3rd - Worldwide, India and China remain at 22 MAY 2001. One week advancement for Mexico to 22 SEP 1992. One monthSix month advance for the Philippines to 01 JAN 1992.

Family 4th - Worldwide numbers and Chinese and Indian F-4 cutoff dates advance six weeks to 15 NOV 1999. Mexico moves one week to 1 DEC 1995. The Philippines moves two months to 1 JUL 1987.

Employment 1st - All categories remain current.

Employment 2nd - Worldwide, Mexico and the Philippines remain current. China advances 3 weeks to 22 May 2005. India is stalled at 22 January 2005 (again).

Employment 3rd skilled/professional workers -  Worldwide, China and Filipino numbers advance seven weeks to 22 SEP 2002. India remains at 22 JUN 2001. Mexico remains at 1 July 2002.

Employment 3rd unskilled - All numbers remain stalled 1 June 2001.

Employment 4th - categories remain current.

EB-5 remains current.

    The visa dates for India, is like paying regular minimum payments to your credit card. No matter how many you keep on paying there is not much change to your principal amount.
