    Why would the US Govt. limit such fast-track stuff to military? Shouldn't private/publicly traded firms be able to provide similar offers? This seems complete contradiction of the constitution and the whole same for all motto?

    Thanks for the detailed info, Greg. Now I am a RN, got my Associates degree from US, and am fluent in 2 languages listed therein. Do I qualify as a Army nurse or as a language enlistee. I am on F1, working on my OPT.
