FEDEX TRUCK CRASH NEAR DALLAS; HUNDREDS OF PACKAGES MAY BE LOST

Rate this Entry

This is only immigration news because a lot of people use Fedex to ship packages to the USCIS Regional Service Center in Mesquite, a suburb of Dallas. If you are sending a package to the TSC, you might want to make sure it got there.

Greg, do we need to worry about files sent to TSC during July-Aug VB fiasco?

Ullu Ka Pattha........what's the deal with your name ) Was your question a joke to bring attention to your name? Obviously you don't think the applications filed in July-Aug are still with FedEx, right?

Maybe the name says it all huh ) Just kidding.

    Karthik, thanks for the video.

This is an AOS filers worst nightmare. I mean can you imagine losing your labor certification in this mess?

Personally, and not being funny here, my worst nightmare, when I applied for my AOS (since I was one of the filers who had to file before August 17th or lose the chance for years) was either losing the application in mail, or my attorney passing away before mailing my application, since he lives in another state, I would have not known for a while. I know, kind of stupid, but could'nt help it. Thank God, the application was not lost and my attorney is alive and well.

When USCIS transfers cases to different service centers, is it electronic/snail mail ? If it is normal mail does it use USPS or courier services like UPS/Fedex ? Any idea ?
    Just curious....
