If USCIS has the will to go after UPIL, this is the best time to demonstrate their teeth. With the new ELIS program coming on line, USCIS could easily track the ip address of the filing entity and verify the identity of the preparer.

So if there is a will there is a way.

In southern CA, attorneys and "organizations" are already advertising on TV and radio for deferred action cases. One of my clients reported that he called the attorney on a TV ad and was told someone would come to his house to start his friend's case. The cost quoted was $2000.00 for attorney, $350.00 for work permit and $150.00 for fingerprints. Clients are very happy to get started and believe whatever someone tells them that gives them hope.
