  1. Roger Algase, Attorney at Law's Avatar
Re the long overdue and welcome lawsuit against the Neufeld memo illegally barring IT companies from using the H-1B system, it is amazing on how tough immigration restrictionists want to be against people who are disregarding the law, except when the people doing so are themselves government officials who, like Donald Neufeld, want to make up their own laws without any authority, or like Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, want to set immigration policy for their own states or localities without any regard for the fact that immigration is a federal matter under our Constitution and laws.

This is without even asking why the same people who are so anxious to enforce every law against brown skinned immigrants to the letter seem to have little or no interest in enforcing the laws against torturers, environmental polluters, Wall Street manipulators whose activities are far more dangerous and destructive than those of most people whose only crime is crossing a border without permission while in possession of brown skin color, but who are otherwise no threat to anyone and who, in many cases documented by the Immigration Policy Center and others, may even be vital to our economy.
