Bloggings: Take It From The Donald: Mitt Romney's Immigration Policy Was "Maniacal". By Roger Algase

Everyone who has been waiting eagerly for the final word on why the Republicans lost the presidential election (with 47 per cent of the vote, according to the latest reports) can relax. Donald Trump has spoken, and it was all about immigration.

According to the November 26 Huffington Post, (Donald Trump: Mitt Romney's Immigration Policy Was "Maniacal"), the great American seer has pronounced judgment on Mitt Romney's "self-deportation" policy, telling Newsmax

"He had a crazy policy of self-deportation, which was maniacal. It sounded as bad as it was, and he lost all of the Latino vote - He lost the Asian vote. He lost everybody who was inspired to come into this country."

The same article also states that Trump spoke out against Romney's  hardline policy on immigration enforcement during a Fox News appearance last June:

"For people that have been here for years that have been hard workers, have good jobs, they're supporting their family - it's very, very tough to just say, 'By the way, 22 years, you have to leave. Get out." Trump also said: "I'm one of the world's very conservative people, but I have to tell you on a human basis, how do you throw someone out that's lived in this country for 20 years."

It might have been helpful if The Donald had spoken out more often on this issue, instead of going after President Obama's birth certificate and Harvard Law School records. It is a little too late. The American people have already said to Mitt Romney: "You're fired!"
