Undocumented Immigrants Sue Alabama Over Immigration Law

Fox News Latino has reported that a lawsuit has been filed in Montgomery County Circuit Court challenging the new Alabama immigration law claiming that it violates provisions of the Alabama Constitution that encourage immigration. 


There are five named Plaintiffs, two of which are undocumented immigrants, two naturalized U.S citizens from Mexico, and the spouse of an undocumented worker. 


The ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center also filed suit earlier this month challenging the law.

    Wow! Can I as an Illegal sue anybody in Mexico???

    I didn't realize they can sue. I thought undocumented takes away that right. Perhaps not.
