I have the same scenario with Tony and Janina. Since I set my foot in the US, I had tried every possible way to legalized my stay but it wa all in vain. Now, it has been 3 years since I left to secure my Visa at the consulate since this is the only way to adjust my status but the consular office told that I need to file a waiver. We just did what he told us, unfortunately the waiver was denied. We filed and appeal and it has been 18 months and have not heard from the AAO's office yet. I had been separated from my husband of 10 years and daughter both Us Citizen. Like Tony and Janina we need help, we want our families to be reunited. I miss my husband and duaghter so much.
