Feds file second suit against State of Arizona: this time they allege discrimination

The Washington Post has reported that on Monday the Obama administration filed a second lawsuit against the State of Arizona.  This suit alleges that Arizona colleges have violated the Immigration
and Nationality Act by requiring approximately 250 non-citizen job applicants to
provide additional proof of their eligibility to work in the United States.
