    Dear Colleague:
As many ILW readers know, yesterday was the initial court hearing on my case against AILA.
As I predicted last week, Susan Quarles represented AILA. ?Why would we retain counsel for a Small Claims suit?? Susan told me, but I have no doubt they will be for the trial.
We had to go to mandatory mediation, which didn?t last too long and did not result in a settlement (surprise, surprise) and trial has been set for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 3.
I will give you more updates as warranted.
I am asking ILW.COM to cover the trial live.
I ask any ILW reader in the area that day to come and observe. As you can imagine, I have quite a record of evidence to be submitted and will look forward to cross-examining any witnesses AILA might present (let alone the ones I will call).
