DACA Field Report

Two States React in Opposition to DACA

Rating: 2 votes, 5.00 average.

Since DACA applications have been made available, two
states, Arizona and Nebraska, have been particularly outspoken regarding their
opposition to the process. Most recently, the two states have announced that they will still not permit
individuals, regardless of whether or not they have been granted DACA, to
receive state driver's licenses. This raises the question of how much authority
state governance over federal governance. Discuss your thoughts here!
