    EB-5 Program

The EB-5 program never reached its potential due to many problems from day
one with it's design and implementation. It was sold to congress as an
employment and investment generating program at the beginning of a
recession and created a new category in the Immigration Act of1990. Until
recently EB-5 never resulted in 10,000 visas being issued in one fiscal
year. The majority of the 10,000 visas were primarily issued to to Chinese
nationals. Only time will tell if those one hundred thousand new jobs are
    created in two years

I represented a few wealthy Hong Cong individuals who emigrated to Canada
and Australia as their programs required much less financial risk
investment and resulted in permanent residence from the inception.
