    Obama dies for California.

I agree 300% with the comment about immigration fear towards terrorism.
We have to remember that most of those terrorist who attack our country,
came thru our borders via AIR and the process was done at Consulate level
    and not internally.

I think that all that security implemented in the country and forcing the
states to police their citizens who have immigrated into the U.S, Should be
applied at border and consulate point.

This country admits terrorists thru their airports. They do not need to
cross illegally into the US all they need is to apply for a Visa and they
    will get it.

    Greetings ILW.
i usually do not reply to your comments but i love your emails an updates a lot..!!!
this time...i have to confess that i am so puzzled about your opening statement in which you discuss the OBL death and what CA is doing issuing licenses to the undocumented family.
really?..is that your opinion alone or is that the feeling that ICE and USCIS have about immigrants due to the fact that...OBL is dead?....i am not complaining, im in awe. because i never thought about this.

is this going to affect immigrants to legalize their status in more ways than one?..like in my case i have to fight it hard along with my US citizen mother..
thank you so much for opening my eyes to something i never thought...never...

please let us know more that you guys investigate and discover among immigration laws and reliefs.

i hear Rep Raul Labrador ( ID ) is presenting the bill to end the 3-year and 10 -year ban for certain immigrants. i wonder who could benefit. just a comment.
    thank you

The republicans are going to meet tomorrow morning to decide how to stop the Obama's latest immigration executive action. The republican-led appropriations committee has said that Congress, in order to stop Obama, would need to pass legislation that would prevent USCIS from collecting user fees, its source of funding. I will point out another problem that the republicans may not have considered. Obama almost certainly will find a way to go forward with the program even if he has to shift funds from border security and interior enforcement. That's pretty much a given. What isn't certain is how well the program applicants will be screened. USCIS is going to need funding, lots of it, to hire, train, and deploy the additional personnel needed to screen applications for fraudulent documents, do meaningful background checks, take fingerprints, run the fingerprint checks, and so on. Without that additional funding, we could end up with 10 million participants in this program instead of the estimated 5 million, and none of them will have been screened out for lying about who they are or where they are from or supporting their applications with fraudulent documents. That's where we are heading if the republicans continue to think in terms of choking off funding for the program instead of demanding proper screening and providing the necessary funding to do it with.
