What do you think of this article I found today in Fox News?

Elusive crime wave data shows frightening toll of illegal immigrant criminals (Sep. 16, 2015), http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/09/16/crime-wave-elusive-data-shows-frightening-toll-illegal-immigrant-criminals/

I am looking for an objective refutation based on reliable statistics.

This is really interesting. According to Nolan's own Fox News statistics referred to in his letter, 86.4 per cent of all criminal sentences in the US, including 88 per cent of murder sentences, 80 per cent of kidnapping sentences, and 84 per cent of drug trafficking sentences are handed out to American citizens or legal immigrants.

I agree that these are shockingly high figures and that our federal, state and local law enforcement officials need to do more to deal with this crime wave by Americans and legal immigrants.
