Is Trump Mellowing? May Consider Giuliani As Immigrant Commission Head. Roger Algase

Rate this Entry
Update, May 11, 8:48 pm:

For an inexcusably bigoted attempt to defend Trump's Muslim ban proposal, masquerading as pseudo "objective" sociology, see Slate's May 11 article:

Trumpsplaining: What the GOP candidate's voters are thinking when they call for a ban on Muslim immigration, by Reihan Salam.

(I don't have a link. Go to Google or to slate.com)

My original post follows:

Donald Trump reportedly announced on May 11 that he is considering appointing former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani to lead a commission on immigration if Trump is elected president.

http://politico.com/story/2016/05/tr...gration-223050

Giuliani, who had a generally pro-immigrant reputation as New York's mayor, was also (somewhat) critical more recently of Trump's attacks against Mexican immigrants.

The Hill also reports that Trump is now calling his proposed ban on letting Muslim immigrants/visitors into the US "just a suggestion".

http://www.thehill.com/blogs/ballot-...t-a-suggestion

Could this be a sign that Trump may be moderating some of his more extreme anti-immigrant positions? Is he going to sell out the anti-immigrant and white supremacist voters who helped him clinch the Republican presidential nomination?

Or would that be too much to expect?

On Giuliani, see:

There is no such thing as a "white race"...there is only one race: the human race (homo sapiens).

Americans of European ancestry -most of them labeled as "whites" by the US Census Bureau- must be called "European-Americans," however that definition is still extremely vague and biased since these individuals are crossbreeds of many ethnic groups ranging from Northern Europe, the Urals, Central Asia, Asia Minor, the Middle East and Northern Africa; moreover, about three-quarters of European-Americans carry in their DNA Native American ancestry (and a very significant part of that population feels too embarrassed or apprehensive to admit such fact).

Consequently, these Americans of "European" ancestry are in reality "White Mestizos" (or "Wei?en Mischlinge") and the color of their skin does not give them any sense of uniqueness. Seems that most European-Americans have indeed a troubling identity crisis and are unable to cope with such reality (and their so-called "Western Civilization heritage" won't be a help at all).

As stated in other posts, the core issue here is not Donald Trump per se, instead ILW Blog should dedicate more time analyzing those imbeciles who blindly sympathize with Trump's immigration policies and also, investigating the people and institutions managing the Trump campaign (advisers and financiers) in regards to their real immigration agenda - that's the key issue since they are the people pulling strings behind the scenes and the reality-show entertainer limits himself to recite a script written by those entities.

Jason Dzubow wrote an enlightening article that makes a real difference on this blog:
Trump Campaign's Law Firm Represents Muslims, Mexicans, Criminal Aliens
    http://blogs.ilw.com/entry.php?9196-Trump-Campaign-s-Law-Firm-Represents-Muslims-Mexicans-Criminal-Aliens

Apparently Roger Algase is extremely apprehensive to label his fellow American Trump supporters as a bunch of stupid brutes easy to manipulate and subdue, extremely gullible and incapable to think for themselves (trained not to think critically), while just focusing his diatribe on the buffoon.

It is difficult for you, Mr. Algase, to write something analogous to Dzubow's works?
