And the antis are arguing about a piddly 65,000 jobs lowering American wages? If they are paying lower wages to foreigners, it is racial discrimination and nothing else. Most of these companies hide behind salary history. One of the organizations exempt from discrimination laws that I am very familiar with tried to screw its new recruits by paying them less based on their salary history in developing countries. All ten of them turned down the job offers and took jobs elsewhere in the US, Canada and Australia. This organization offered these folks $60,000 based on their salary history in Asia, while offering whites both born here and from Europe $100,000. Competitors offered them over $100,000 and they turned down the offer. Racial discrimination hidden behind salary history.
