DILEMMA OF THE MOMENT: DETAINING NEW MOTHERS

The New York Times has a provocative story this morning about the Honduran mother of a new born baby and the impact of separating a mother from the child. ICE, to their credit, is revising their policies to prevent cases like that of Saída Umanzor, the client of my friend David Leopold.

I don't believe they separated the mother from the baby. what were they thinking!
