Michigan has gone ahead and limited driver's licenses to citizens and green card holders. People legally in the US on any kind of visa are out of luck.

I get a blue Q with a question mark on those but if there's a link to YOu Tube, please provide. I couldn't find anything under gigante or giant Dobbs. Thanks.
