I do not buy this self- deporting theory, specially with economic troubles in the horizon. If the US economy tanks the mexican economy suffers a Tsunami, therefore less jobs and more extreme poverty down there. Why would these people want to go back to that at least here even though living conditions get worst due to their legal status they will never be as harsh as down there.
Self deportation is a dream of the antis, immigrants will simply migrate to to ther states where they can wing it while they see if the new admisitration gives new life to Immigration reform.
