I think citizenship is the crown jewel awarded by USCIS. GC etc are secondary.

Greg,
Every one is worried about the citizenship applications and ability to vote. No one knows what USCIS is doing with the visa numbers. Are they going to waste another 20/30K? What are we going to see in the next 4-5 months on EB GC's? Do you have any insight into this?
