Well, good for them, but _employers_ would be well advised not to rely on or base any business decision on a press release from an organization dedicated to "the employment and public benefits rights of _immigrants_" (emphasis added). The NILC hardly has the interests of U.S. employers, or U.S. workers, at heart. DHS's own press release on this matter, dated 10/23, is perfectly clear.
