Kudos to the Times for bringing attention to an immigration issue the rest of the media is ignoring. Hat tip to those who sent me the link.

Greg,
The link is wrong. You've linked to the web-page that gives you the HTTP address that you have to post on the blog.

Terrible that they play politics in this way with people's lives. Specially these immigrants that will come to contribute in many important areas and will re-unify with their families. Hopefully they are able to put these un-used green cards to good use.

Does it really matter? WSJ, Washington Post, NY Times all have endorsed logical legal immigration bills since 2005 or beyond but does some one like Jeff Sessions and Lou Dobbs really care to propogate the truth or hardships faced by legal high skilled immigrants?
Pretty sure these guys would have been against voting rights or for segregation if they were around during those eras!
All I can repeat is what Augustine of Hippo said "An unjust law is no law at all."
