On the Border Patrol, see my post from a few days back on "phased immigration reform". I'm not against enforcement. I just think we need to reform all aspects of the immigration system - enforcement, legalization, guest workers, etc.

But is reaching the 18,000 mark good or bad? Do you support the increase in BP officers?
