I am scratching my head here. But what is the link between JP Morgan and Dream act. How do they benefit? (or) Are they just signing the dotted line to return a favor to Bloomberg.

Dream Act in its present form does not include young people who have been brought in legally by their parents and who are currently waiting patiently in que for their green cards. It is only fair these young people are also provided an opportunity similar to the undocumented immigrant children. These young people - legally documented immigrant children also have a lot to contribute to the society in a meaningfull manner.
