Not long ago I wrote about Blueseed, a company that is creating a technology incubator on a ship that will stay in international waters close to Silicon Valley. The purpose is to circumvent some of the onerous immigration restrictions facing entrepreneurs. Those would include overly restrictive interpretations of the law by USCIS and an inadequate number of visas provided by Congress. Ars Technica, the tech web site, writes about the issue. They've interviewed the proprietors of Blueseed and I'm quoted in the story as well.

I am sure most of these workers will file for green card. How do they intend to get B-1 business visa (non-immigrant category) after filing for green card?
