Russian-born Mariya Koroleva will compete in synchronized swimming for Team USA. Mariya and her duet partner at Stanford won the 2011 collegiate gold medal in synchronized swimming. She also finished second in last year's Pan American Games. Mariya's father came to the US on a work visa when she was nine years old to work as a tech engineer in Silicon Valley.
