When you see "DACA" it's hard not to think of the "DA" as Dream Act. So then what should the "C" and "A" stand for? Created administratively? Commanded autocratically?

Has anyone actually seen an approval? I think that could speak more volumes than these statistics (that I can't believe at this point anyway...)
I haven't seen one yet, despite some pretty solid applications, but I would love to report otherwise.
