Napolitano to Stay at DHS

A few days ago I noted that there was speculation Janet Napolitano might take over as Attorney General. She'll be staying on for a while as the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. That's probably good news both in the negotiations over a reform bill as well as implementing any passed legislation. Having an experienced Secretary could make the reform process move along more smoothly.
