Not a lot of details and presumably much still needs to be worked out, but this is BIG news. In short, there is agreement that there needs to be a guest worker program, that market data will govern how the program grows, but that an independent commission will be established to advise Congress on the growth and administration of the program. Better legalize as many immigrants as possible, since this country will need lots of manpower to fight upcoming wars: People's Republic of China and the Empire of Japan are just making last minutes adjustments to their forces in order to start what it can be only described as the official kickoff of WWIII.

I just hope this commission has some teeth in terms of manipulating those numbers rather than just submitting reports.
