ANOTHER COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM FALSEHOOD
Now there is a deal on the so called “Physical Cliff” although this agreement must be passed by the House, it seems so far there are no restrictions on spending by the Democrats. We, as Americans should get together and demand from the political parties an Amendment known as the BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP BILL and THE LEGAL WORKFORCE BILL, that makes more sense to the U.S. citizens who cannot find work and the “Anchor Baby Syndrome” to stop the fabricated law that makes any child smuggled through our borders or by airline a right to immediate citizenship. The low income families that were born here and the naturalized citizens, including green card holders suffer because every day millions of discount labor slip past a hundreds of miles of unguarded border brings in their young here taking advantage of American passive enforcement. THIS NATION CANNOT SUCCESSFULLY FULLY LOOK AFTER OUR OWN, BUT SPEND HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS ON THE IMPOVERISHED FROM OTHER COUNTRIES.
OBAMA IS READY TO LAYOUT A PLAN FOR COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM. BUT IF HE INTENDS TO OFFER A PATHWAY TO CITIZENSHIP TO THE 11 MILLION (AN ESTIMATE WELL BELOW THE TRUE POPULATION) SUCH A POLICY WILL COST THE AMERICAN POPULACE OVER TWO TRILLION DOLLARS IN EXTRACTED TAXES, AS ACCORDING TO THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION.
Mexico like so many other foreign nations is not so passive relating to its laws, whereas I guarantee that those same regimes laugh at us, behind our backs, especially our Southern neighbor. Immigration enforcement is not entirely about Mexico, but the failure of our government to track the 46 percent who fly from across the world impersonating a tourist. They are a real problem and a very costly issue, as they live like leeches, extort to pay for them and their children. Under Mexican law this doesn’t happen and compare it to our almost worthless restrictions:
WHY ARE WE NOT DEALING WITH ILLEGAL AND LEGAL IMMIGRATION AS THE POLICY IN MEXICO?
Mexico uses: 1) Allow easy entry – with both random and targeted searches but otherwise allowing unconstrained movement across the border, but able to track people. 2) Requires Visas from anyone intending to stay longer than 6 months. 3) Undocumented persons or expired Visa holders are fined and/or deported. 4) Any law enforcement entity can conduct Citizenship & Visa checks. 5) Workers are required to have “Right to Work” documentation – i.e. E-Verify. 6) Voters required having voting identification – i.e. IFE card. 7) Public School eligibility restricted by citizenship status. 8) Real-Estate purchase restricted by citizenship status. 9) Ability to own/operate certain businesses restricted by citizenship status. 10) Ability to organize a church or be a priest/pastor, etc. restricted by citizenship status. 11) Citizenship not granted to “anchor babies”. 12) "Free" Health care - for workers and retired workers only - i.e. contributors.

Both small and large businesses are entirely to blame for the illegal alien invasion, because their strong campaign money lobbyists were able to press politicians to ignore the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA). No business audit oversight to determine if illegal aliens were working around the country, inducing even more foreigners to arrive here daily in the thousands. People should wonder why the U.S. government has not only promoted it, but have remained unconcerned with insecure fence or its hundreds of miles of open easy access areas. Since the inception of these troubles, the Congress has failed to live up to their oath in protecting the American people. Things just got worse after the Reagan administration established an amnesty for the millions of illegal aliens squatting here, because of the whole procedure was a giant flop, costing the U.S. taxpayer hundreds of billions since then and the repercussions felt to this day. Time has proven that Washington legislators had no intentions of enforcing the laws; otherwise illegal entry onto United States soil would be a felony. Instead this growing problem has become almost unsolvable, as the tens of millions already here have achieved a silent goal of suffocating our country in much illiteracy and the ugliness of poverty. I watch the streets where I live and try to absorb the rising amounts of Americans jobless and without hope. Yet at the same time this administration has pandered to the illegal aliens who are here, with food stamps, welfare and other assistance programs.
EVEN HARD CORE PROGRESSIVE LIBERALS WILL SUFFOCATE UNDER A TORENTIAL RAIN OF MORE TAXES IF ANOTHER AMNESTY IS PASSED, EXCEPT FOR THE MILLIONS OF “FREELOADERS” THAT LIVE OF OTHERS AND PAY—NOTHING!
The U.S. TEA PARTY that have filtered into the Republican cliché believe that there was many shady activities governing this prior election, and states with little or no tough restrictions on voting protocols was in collusion with the Liberal wing of the Democratic Party and intentionally overlooking none citizens voting in countless numbers. However, something must be done about the illegal immigration crossing our borders or overstaying visas as visitors. When 45 percent of entries who are deliberately here for good, these unsavory people must be tracked down and repatriated to their own country. Other countries have completed this process, including Mexico and yet the political tenants in Washington have ignored this action. THESE PEOPLE ARE ILLEGAL ALIENS AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH? THE COST IS FAR BEYOND THE IMAGINATION TO SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN OUR OWN LEGAL CITIZENS AND PERMANENT RESIDENCE WALK THE STREETS AIMLESSLY AND JOBLESS.
The American people have been led to believe by the Liberal media and our own elected officials, that the TEA PARTY has faded away, which is far from the truth and that is actually growing substantially in numbers. They are strong supporters of limited government and the liberties and freedoms of this nation. The Tea Party is also strong supporters of the “Rule of Law” which has been undermined by the Democrats and some Republicans. To restrain the illegal alien invasion is to force passage of “THE LEGAL WORKFORCE BILL” Make it law now, that essentially implements a mandatory federal E-Verify for every business and corporations. It is already voluntary but must exist as a national policy to reject illegal workers and place Americans from the jobless ranks? This will not only bring some sanity to the employment market, but discourage the illegal alien invaders from coming to this country. We need to resurrect a similar system as the “Bracero” project, to allow foreigners to come here for Agwork as in the 1940s, but in a regulated fashion and must return to their country of origin once their contract expires.
There should be limited restrictions on the highest echelon of professionals, who arrive in America as STEM workers, but only the highest category who are in possession of scientific skills, tech credentials, engineering and mathematicians’ top experience. Finally, Washington politicians must pass the “THE BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP ACT” This without a shadow of doubt is the most costly payout by the hurting taxpayers. This must be forced through the Congress for a vote. THIS IS HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OUT OF YOUR POCKET EVERY YEAR. You might ask “What the Birthright Citizenship Bill” is that has not been explored for its great need? It represents the smuggling of an unborn baby/babies into this country, so that taxpayers becomes the fairy godmother to the unknown numbers of children born to illegal alien mothers who take advantage of our generous welfare system, schooling and medical care. Once in America the parents have a solid foothold to stay here and then leech money out of all of us. Care to calculate how much money goes to pandering illegal aliens and you are way off as the Alpha Centauri constellation, a star of the southern sky. It’s a proverbial Catch 22, because it was meant to give citizenship to slaves, not just anybody who manages to slip by Border guards or bluff an immigration agent at an airline terminal. The people must speak up and demand a simple amendment to the 14th amendment, and thereby halting this travesty of our laws.
EVEN IF CONGRESS MANAGES TO PASS ANOTHER AMNESTY, ANOTHER PATH TO CITIZENSHIP, IT DOESN'T”T STOP MILLIONS OF MORE POVERTY STRICKEN PEOPLE FROM PILING PAST OUR UNDERMANNED, UNDER EQUIPPED BORDER? IT ISN”T GOING TO STOP PEOPLE COMING HERE WITH CONCEALED PREGNANCIES TO HAVE THEIR BABIES HERE AND BECOME YET ANOTHER FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER?

To "Anonymous" who posted about supporting DOMA,
How strong do you really feel about supporting this legislation, if you will not even indentify your name and associate with the issue in this forum? If you want me to respect your opinion, then let me know who is talking.
To your points, while I agree that the origins of marriage in society were intermixed with Judeo-Christian and Muslim tenents of faith, in the modern era, marriage has become the province of the civil state. The state, not the church defines who can marry and and under what circumstances. When you marry in the church, the minister is playing a role for the civil state to officiate and witness the two parties declaring themselves to take each other as spouses, thus securing what marriage is legally: an executed agreement, or contract.
And, as a gay man and an attorney, I really would not care to marry in an institution, like your church, that does not want me there. But since the civil state has allowed benefits to acccrue to those who have married--huge financial benefits as it turns out in taxation and inheritance--I don't like being penalized financially and denied access to those beenfits, which are not merit, but simply status based, because I am not married. To further say that, as DOMA does, that even if your state does allow me to marry my partner, it will not matter for federal taxation purposes, you still will not get the benefits my straight married colleagues do--well, then it goes beyond religious differences to, in our civil state, constitutionally prohibited discrimination based on family status; or unequal protection under the law. Either way, it's wrong to have discrimination with pemalties built into the federal law of a government that started with the phrase "All men are created equal..."

@ Linda Gray,
So you yourself must be a Native American! By that, I mean your family was here BEFORE the Mayflower...correct?
If not, please try not to speak for ANYONE Aother than YOURSELF! Most Americans have family that were or ARE Immigrants. Be they Illegal or not!
Saying that ALL AMERICANS dont like ILLEGALS, or that ALL IMMIGRANTS ARE ILLEGAL AND BREAK THE LAW is like saying
ALL ITALIANS ARE IN THE MAFIA
ALL JEWS ARE CHEAP
ALL BLACKS EAT WATERMELON
ALL POLISH ARE STUPID
And finally....my favorite....ALL IMMIGRANTS WANT OUR JOBS!
Id like to suggest that you read up on the subject...and while your at it...GROW UP! Oh yes....and buy yourself a Websters Dictionary.....your spelling and vocabulary could use some serious help!
Proud daughter of an Immigrant

As an immigration attorney for over 20 years and a religious person, I strongly believe that the U.S. Supreme Court should uphold DOMA and the tradition of one man-one woman marriage. In the Judeo-Christian and Islamic traditions and over the course of approx. 5,000 years, the concept of marriage was developed to protect the sexual union of husband and wife and any offspring of their relationship. Homosexuality has been considered an evil per se and homosexual unions have been universally rejected.
Recently the concept of "Marriage Equality" has been coined by proponents of "same-sex marriages" (i.e., the union of two homosexual men or two lesbian women.) The term "same-sex marriage" is itself an oxymoron. If you consider the origin and purpose of marriage, it is clear that real marriage is based on a male-female sexual relationship (i.e., one male and one female, although there have been instances of polygamy). "Two-fers" (two men or two women) are by definition disqualified from marriage, since they lack the essential qualifications.
A majority of states (approx. 39) have amended their constitutions to forbid "same-sex marriages", and the laws of these states must be respected. There have also been a few contrary state results, including New York, where four Republican State Senators allegedly sold out to "gay" groups and voted against traditional marriage. Senator Steve Saland, formerly representing District 41, alleged received $450,000 from such groups, and was narrowly defeated in the Nov. 2012 election. New York should hold a referendum on this issue.
Recently a lesbian confided that she and her partner were thinking of marrying in NY. Why? for the economic benefits - e.g., tax deductions, survivor's benefits. Is this a good reason for anyone to marry?
If you have read this far, you realize that there are some cogent liberal democratic reasons for opposing gay marriage. You may disagree with me, but please await the result of the Supreme Court's decision in June.

NO MORE SORRY EXCUSES FOR MASSIVE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION!!
It isn't so much about how illegal immigrants are working and helping America, besides they are only helping through be allow to work illegally here, it about the unfairness of it, and how illegal aliens can just come to America and get in our jobs with all their false social security numbers, false names, false ages, and get no kind of investigation, background checks, like Americans are so strongly required before they are allow to work in their very own country, and how they are allow to just come here illegally, to just scheme and scam our America system for their very own purpose! How they are so allow to make grips of money through our IRS for big income tax refunds through income tax schemes and scams, is also about how they are so allow to just jump in the front line of Americans to get jobs, and government incentives, and low income housings, sec 8 programs, always in the front of the line of our toys for tot programs, WIC programs. our after school 6 to 6 programs, while Americans are so strongly force to be in the back of the lines, or on some long waiting list! and how Americans are force to watch them become over populated, and just continue to become first to just about everything that America has to offer!
It about millions of illegal aliens getting to much privileges in America, so much more them millions of Americans, it about how America really have no security any more, because no one cares who millions of illegal aliens really are! it's about them being able to just have millions of children born here through our birthrights, just for the sake of their children getting an automatic citizenship, and them being so fully allow to just take fully advantage of our American birthrights, and them getting to be over populated because of passed amnesty, and perhaps another, it about them having the say so over Americans, them and all of their advocates being allow to run America on all of their strategies, excuses, and them being able to change our laws just for all of their advantages or purposes. It is about how Americans no longer have a voice in their own country any more, and it is how Americans are so force to accept massive illegal immigration and all that comes with it! Americans has been kind of pushed a side, and has been told that illegal aliens are better workers then they are, Americans been told that illegal aliens are doing jobs that they do not want to do, It's that in reality Americans are being sold out to illegal immigration by their own politicians in their own country, And Americans legal status has actually been terrible tarnished because of illegal immigration.
It is also because it is a terrible shame how our own politicians had lost so much control of illegal immigration so much until they have decided to give illegal aliens control and to give them what they want, allow them to come here in numbers, then say "oh it is just to many of them here now, we just can not send them back, or we just can not deport them, so lets give them work permits, an amnesty or legalization, how they are so allow to just ride the backs of their children to get what they want in America, our own politicians ride on the backs of their illegal aliens children also to make a point, and to help them push through an amnesty or legalization for them all the more. and no one seems to see or care how all of this is effecting Americans at all. it is to the point an illegal aliens with or without work permits, can work in America, it doesn't matter if they get first priority over Americans either.
As of now there are millions of illegal aliens here in America working, no one knows who they really are, yet they are so allow to just continue to work and bring home pay checks, while millions of Americans are at very hard time, and can not get jobs to bring home a paychecks. Many Americans employers are being so allow to change their hiring practice and procedures for illegal aliens, by throwing in a illegal alien blocker, to keep any one from stopping illegal aliens from working in their employment by saying that no one can be discriminated against, because of their race and their status!!!! And employers are allow to use their E-Verify for their newly hires only, they are allow to not use it on all their existing hires. All of this scrutiny in our employment, in America illegal immigration is doing nothing but turning our America inside out for another country's poor, and the hell with America's poor and middle class citizens, especially our America blacks!!
And it is sad and terrible how our own politicians can turn against their own Americans for illegal immigration, just suddenly sue any American who are against illegal immigration, who only wants fairness, who want to see strong enforcement on illegal immigration, who wants our immigration law enforcement that we already have, strongly enforce, who are strongly looking out for Americans who have legal status to this country.. Americans can now actually get sued for doing the right thing, this started to happen strongly since our President has been aboard. There are truly nothing wrong with immigrants coming to America, America and it citizens has never stop immigrants from coming to America, America always allow illegal immigrants here, millions of them get sworn in every year, to say that America needs illegal aliens, is wrong! And America needs no more Amnesty!!! ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION SORRY EXCUSES ARE BEING PUSH DOWN AMERICANS THROATS!
