You have to put another 30 day job order. There is a BALCA case on this. Says you cannot put less than the actual wages in the 30 day job order. Jesus Covenant Church, 2008-PER-200.

Very truly yours,

In a PERM recruitment, our client posted on the Michigan Talent Bank (SWA) an ad and made a mistake on the wage portion. Instead of putting $40-$60 per hour, she put $40 - $60 per year. The ad ran for a month and many applied for the job in spite of the obvious error. As an attorney, would you have her redo the Michigan Talent Bank ad? Do you know of any BALCA decision to the effect as to how typographical errors are handled?
