I work for a retail company that defines a full time employee
as a person that is in a designated slot ( there are only a few slots per store). Even though the majority of the part time employees work between 35 and 38 hours a week they are not considered full time employees and are not eligible for Sick Pay or Vacation Time and receive smaller bonuses. Is this leagal?
