The Department of State has just released the June 2012 Visa Bulletin.
The Department of State finally made the India and China EB-2 categories unavailable (indicated by a "U", in the chart below), as has been expected for some time. It is expected that these categories will progress to 2010 once the new fiscal year begins in October 2012. Chinese and Indian EB-2 petitions are still accepted for I-485 filing through May 31.

I think you underestimate the betinifyuag power of nostalgia. In a hundred years, the kindles of today will be antiques, and people will complain that the modern ereaders (or cybernetic implants or whatever they use) lack the simplicity and elegance to those early ereaders of the early twenty-first century, when life too, was more simple and sweet and lovely.

I checked Visa bulletin at http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5712.html
It looks like EB3 priority date for Mexico is 08June06 and with Philippines 22May06.
What is your projection for the rest of the year? Do you think that by Dec 2012, priority dates for Mexico and Philippines will be Dec 2006?
