I always suspected it and nice to have some confirmation to my suspicions. As an American I sought political asylum in Sweden and was denied. I was not offered legal assistance. The hearing was 2/23/11 and the decision was written up 3/18/11 and shortly after I received it. I was not able to appeal and remain in Sweden. The 'person' at the hearing was a woman and was very rude and selective about what to include or not...pertinent information. I know that when Americans say that they are being persecuted people just roll their eyes. It is just a typical response, I will be honest and say that I do it...to this day. But I will tell you to look at the Church Report as a reminder of what America does and. It does happen and it is very scary.
