OMG This is so true but has missed the Mark in reardgs to the Grand Jury. In Idaho if the prosecutor has a weak case they take it to a Grand jury where it is a one sided presentation, and it is outside the privy of the accused or their attorneys. they{ prosecutors } then can and do lie and present uncharged and faults and misleading information without any rebuttal. Then they ask the Grand Jury "If you think a crime might have been committed you must hand down a true bill of indictment" So when they do, this indictment is read into the record as all being true. The trial at this point is just a dog and pony show. Innocent until proven guilty is out the window, along with your constitutional rights. We must understand the judiciary, legislative and executive branches of government. Have worked together to undermine the authority of the constitution, with statutory schemes. Using the rule of law.
